Erin Hight, a Georgia native, was raised in Dallas, Ga., a small town 30 miles North West of Atlanta. She found her passion for service at an early age when she joined the Girl Scouts as a Daisy. Many years, service projects and badges later, she completed the journey as a Senior Girl Scout and earned the Girl Scout Gold Star award.

While in college she completed her clinical rotations at Redmond Regional Medical Center, and fell in love with Rome. Opportunity arose and allowed her to move to Rome and take a position as a Surgical First Assistant at Redmond. After settling in Rome, Erin joined Junior Service League of Rome where she furthered her passion for service, community and children. During her 7 years with JSL of Rome she has help serve the women and children of Floyd County through Habitat for Humanity, Women of W.O.R.T.H, Harbor House, League for Learning and Sexual Assault Center. After 9 years at Redmond, Erin took a position at nThrive, a medical revenue cycle management firm, where she has been a Clinical Consultant for the past 6 years. Through this new opportunity she has served with HIRE HEROES USA, Books for Africa, Brian Parks Foundation and Helping Hand Committee.

Never working directly with the Alzheimer’s Association until now, she too has been affected by the disease. Her husband’s grandmother lost her battle in December after a long and courageous fight.

Erin resides in Rome with her husband of 7 years, Charlie Hight III, their 2 yr. old son, Charlie IV, as well as their two dogs, Bella and Bo.
