Mindy Hubenthal is a ten year resident who has fallen in love with Rome. Co-owner of The Foundry Growler Station, she enjoys spending time downtown and working to help it grow into something that her friends and family can continue to appreciate for years to come.

When she’s not running the business, she’s often running trails. An avid outdoor enthusiast, she loves hiking, paddling, camping, and gardening with her husband, Gorg, and their children. Together, they also share a passion for restoring their old home and bringing new life to old architecture around the town through their other business, HH Woodworking.

When not outside, she can be found reading, sewing, or playing the piano. Mindy’s grandmother taught her to play before she was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s. Watching her grandmother fight and eventually succumb to this terrible disease for over ten years has made the fight to end Alzheimer’s one that is very close to her heart.
